UWCC End of Season Awards Ceremony - Sun 6th April
The 2007/08 Season has come to an end and needs to be celebrated in style! With the wins and the losses came some hard hitting, superb bowling and classic catches. Before hanging up the whites and spikes, raise a glass to your team mates!
Join us for a Sunday afternoon awards ceremony to recognize the club's achievements, and reward the stand out individual performances that helped make the 07/08 season our most successful yet.
WHEN: Sunday 6th April, 2008 2pm – 6pm
WHERE: The Australian Youth Hotel 63 Bay Street, Glebe Upstairs bar
How much: $10 players $15 others (Food provided)

Red Ball Crawl
The Pub Crawl is on this FRIDAY!!!! Get warmed up for the most important match of the season - UWCC's annual pub crawl! - Drinking cricket takes place on Friday 1st February Match starts at 6:30 sharp at the Alfred Hotel, Missenden Rd, Newtown and progresses down king street.
Choose a partner, plan your tactics and most importantly keep the night free! See you there!
Itinerary:
6:30 – 8:00 pm: The Alfred Hotel8:00 – 9:00 pm: The Marlborough Hotel (upstairs)
9:00 – 10:00 pm: Coopers Arms
10:00 – 11:00 pm: Kelly's Irish Pub
11:00 – 12:00 am: Zanzibar
12 – onwards: Bank Hotel
Come from the start or join us later in the night at the pubs listed above. This is an open event so please invite friends and partners to join in the fun. You don't have to be a drinker to attend, but you do need to be over 18 . We will be playing "Pub Cricket" throughout the night so get yourself a "batting" partner from within the club or outside and earn points by drinking anything from water and soft drinks through to Jager Bombs, score cards will be distributed on arrival!

BARE FOOT BOWLS - Cancelled
Unfortunately we did not get enough interest for this event so
we have
cancelled the bare foot bowls for this year, lets hope we can get on
the greens next time round!

BARE FOOT BOWLS - SAT 20TH OCT 2007
Join UWCC and Gordon Women's Cricket Club for a night of barefoot bowls!Where: Longueville Sports club (Corner or River Rd and Longueville Rd, Lane Cove)
When: Saturday 20th October, 6pm.
What: $15 for lawn bowls and a BBQ.
